What We Do
Corporate & Property
From simple, beautifully composed interviews, to elegantly woven documentary-style company promotions, corporate videos are a mainstay of our work.
From property development showcases, to showreels for some of Australia’s most innovative companies, we love to make people, companies and brands look their best.
Animation & Motion Graphics
We know that all stories are best told simply by capturing the essence of the moment and conveying that to the world. Motion graphics and animation are adaptable mediums ideal for simplifying complicated narratives and communicating a clear message.
We create films for several world-leading health and education institutes which have included several scientific animations for The University of Melbourne, QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute Indigenous Health Research Program, NCIG (The National Centre for Indigenous Genomics) and The MJD (Machado-Joseph-Disease) Foundation in Arnhem Land, to name a few.
From a basic draft script, we will work closely with you to come up with the best ways and building blocks to tell your story. Allow us to communicate the amazing work that you are doing with a broader audience.
Festivals & Music Video Production
Since 2004, we have been privileged to be the exclusive video production company for the world-renowned Woodford Folk Festival. The festival is the largest gathering of artists and musicians in Australia and attracts performers from around the world. Browndog Productions has captured the essence of this incredible festival and sold its message to the world.
Since 2007, Browndog Productions has also been the video production partner at Byron Bay Bluesfest, the most highly awarded festival in the Australian entertainment industry.
Browndog Productions has elevated this festival and expanded its reach and patronage. We create onsite, daily videos, released each morning, social media moments, artist interviews and annual legacy videos for the festival.
Indigenous Video Production
It all started by being invited to document The Dreaming Festival, curated by Rhoda Roberts in 2005. We ended up doing all 6, from 2005-10.
Since then we have worked with the Boomerang Festival, The MJD (Machado-Joseph Disease) Foundation, NCIG (The National Centre for Indigenous Genomics) and a feature short film on the life of Rover Thomas with the Warmun Arts Centre in the East Kimberleys.
Helping tell Indigenous stories has been an honour for Browndog Productions.
Artistic Creative
We do love the fact that some of our clients let us get creative in their video productions. Take a peek here at an interesting challenge we set ourselves at the Woodford Folk Festival called the Festival Genome.
Music Composition For Film
We create our own soundtracks for our video productions. This gives us total control of the product, setting us apart from a lot of other companies.
Soundtracks are the unseen conductors, subconsciously orchestrating the emotions of the audience, enriching the narrative of your viewers’ cinematic experience. Jonny Bundellu is our talented musical production partner.
